Cambodia’s food culture is made up of a conglomerate of local and global influences. Being one of the world’s oldest cuisines, what makes Khmer cuisine special is its unique ingredients and aromatic spices – namely Kreoung and Prahok paste which can be found in many of its popular dishes.
To inspire audiences to embark on their own virtual food journey, the Ministry of Tourism Cambodia organised a month of online culinary activities and experiences, so they may learn how to cook local dishes from the comfort of their homes.
